District 12 Audition Registration

Step 1

Fill out the Director Registration form here. You only need to fill out this form once, regardless of how many students you register.

Step 2

Fill out the Student Registration form for each student you are registering.

• Choral Registration CLOSED
• Instrumental Registration

Step 3

The audition fee is $4 per student. Please send a check for the TOTAL amount made out to PMEA District 12 to the following address:

Step 4

Once registration has closed, you will receive an e-mail containing a list of the students you registered. At this time, you can check your list and correct any errors.
