District 12 Audition Registration

Step 1

Fill out the Director Registration form by following the link at the end of these instructions. You only need to fill out this form once, regardless of how many students you register. YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM EVEN IF YOU HAVE DONE IT IN PAST YEARS. Upon completing this form, you'll receive a link to the student registration system.

Step 2

After completing the Director Registration form, you will be given a link to the Student Registration form. Fill out the Student Registration form for each student you are registering.

  • Registration for the 2017-2018 Choral and Instrumental Auditions will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2017.

Step 3

The audition fee is $4 per student. Please send a check for the TOTAL amount (number of students auditioning x $4.00) made out to PMEA District 12 to the following address:

Step 4

Once registration has closed, you will receive an e-mail containing a list of the students you registered. At this time, you can check your list and correct any errors.
